Job Description Award-winning Estate Agent seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Loughton on a circa 25k base and 50k OTE. THIS IS ONE NOT TO BE MISSED TO JOIN AN INCREDIBLE BRANDThey are looking for either an experienced Senior Sales Neg to step up, or an Assistant Manager looking for a change.Someone with experience in the Loughton market is highly desirable, and someone who can list, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and results.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales departmentAssist in motivating, mentoring and developing Sales NegotiatorsGenerate new business opportunities including valuations and instructionsConduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicantsEnsure high levels of customer service and professional standards are maintainedWork towards and exceed office sales targets and KPIsAssist with reporting, pipeline management, and performance trackingRepresent the brand within the local property marketPackageCirca 25k baseOTE circa 50k plusOwn car is required5 day working weekCareer progression within a highly respected estate agencyPlease Note: Mavrec Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
