Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join an established construction company in Leicester. They are a Midlands based SME specialising in various aspects of construction, including refurbishment and new build in the public and private sector as well as the commercial sector.Role and Responsibilities:Preparation of construction estimates and completion of tender adjudicationDeveloping and maintaining our reputation with our existing client base and procurement of new clientsEnsuring quality and timeliness of service delivery to our clientsProvide effective administration of post contract accounts, valuations and internal job costingsReview contracts and commercial work with the project team to ensure mutually beneficial termsEnsure professional communication with client's representatives, subcontractors and design teams in respect of financial applicationsPossess a sound knowledge od construction and the QS/Estimator roleHave a practical knowledge in risk assessmentOffered in return:£55K SalaryPerformance Bonus / Profit ShareCompany PensionCompany Car / Car AllowanceFurther experience required:Driving licence requiredMinimum of 5 years in a similar vacancy
