Job Description SALARY: 40-45k (DOE).LOCATION: Loughborough Hybrid (3 days in studio)JOB TYPE: Permanent Full-time (open to 4 days/week)Were looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team and help us deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.Sims Creative is an independent creative agency for the energy transition. We work with ambitious B2B brands on everything from brand identity and campaigns to ongoing creative delivery support (through our Creative as a Service model).Youll report directly to our Client Services Director and support more junior members of the team in a place where ideas matter and opinions are essential. Youll help shape the work, the relationships, and the direction of the agency, not just keep jobs moving along. If youre ambitious and looking for somewhere small (but growing) where you can make a big impact, shape your future and develop into an Account Director, this is the place for you.What youll be doing:Building strong stakeholder relationshipsAnticipating client needs before they ask, constantly thinking of new ideas and shaping speculative proposalsWorking with clients to establish and scope their briefs, advising and guiding where neededConfidently leading on a portfolio of accounts, supporting other team members to deliver excellent workHelping to turn business challenges into inspiring creative briefsAdvising clients on their budgets, managing retainers and keeping client accounts running financially efficiently and effectively to ensure they are receiving valueAdding strategic and creative value at every stage of the process from initial planning and strategy through to creative and design executionOverseeing and managing multiple projects to keep things on brief, on time and on budgetWhat were looking for:An experienced Senior Account Manager with over 5 years B2B agency-side experienceSomeone with a proven track record of planning and delivering integrated campaignsA confident, clear communicator who can organise and persuasively present ideas both visually and verballyExperience in utilities, energy, clean-tech, or broader automotive / tech would be hugely beneficialA strategic, creative and organised person able to look at the big picture and the minute detailsSomeone who is calm under pressure and leads with empathy but honestyStrong creative judgement, knowing what good looks likeHigh standards for yourself and those around you, wanting to constantly make things betterPositive energy, down-to-earth attitude and alignment with our values: creativity, empathy, and clarityIn return, expect:Competitive salary (depending on experience)Hybrid working with regular time in our Loughborough studioFlexible working hoursChristmas ClosureA grounded, supportive team with no big egosThe chance to work on interesting, exciting clients who are making a differenceA clear progression path with a skills matrix and personal development programmeHands on mentoring from our Client Services DirectorWe welcome applications from everyone irrespective of ethnic origin, gender, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, disability or social background.
