Timber Mill Manager Loughborough 45,000-60,000 dependent on experience + car allowance and profit-based bonus The Company Our client is a Midlands based timber machining provider serving the trade and retail market. The business has been established for almost 100 years, now totalling more than 10 branches across the Midlands and over 500 team members. Over the last 2 years the business has gone through a series of investments into their site facilities, with long term plans to continue investing in machinery upgrades. They have seen stability in a challenging market this year, setting them apart from their competitors. They are looking to recruit a Timber Mill Manager with immediate effect. The Role The role of Timber Mill Manager will involve overseeing a tenured team of moulder operators, as well as forklift operators and pickers. With a focus on KPI management and staff retention, and complete responsibility for 3 Mills and 42 members of staff, this is a senior leadership role reporting directly into a group-level Director.
