In this role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process setting up and running operations like: Dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and packaging of pharmaceutical products Completing documentation to ensure product quality Keeping equipment and rooms spotless and safe Staying on top of your training and compliance Performing in-process checks to maintain high standards You will start at a grade that matches your current skills and experience (Grades 1-3). With a clear progression pathway in place, you will be able to progress through the grade structure as you gain more experience.
