We are seeking a polished, commercially driven Sales Executive to grow high-value corporate, leisure, events, and group business across two flagship 4-star properties. You will be the face of the brand in the market — trusted by clients, respected by peers, and accountable for real revenue impact.If you understand premium hospitality, know how to open doors, and thrive on building long-term partnerships, this role offers genuine scope and visibility.The OpportunityReporting directly to senior leadership, you will:Drive new business across corporate, leisure, MICE, weddings, and high-end group segmentsBuild and manage a portfolio of key local, national, and international accountsPosition the hotels as leading 4-star destinations within the regional and tourism marketRepresent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry showcases across Ireland and EuropeWork collaboratively with operations and marketing to deliver seamless, premium guest experiencesThis is a field-based role with flexibility required, including evenings and weekends, reflecting the nature of high-end hospitality sales.What You'll Be Responsible ForProactively identifying and securing high-value commercial opportunitiesConducting professional sales calls, client meetings, and hosted site visitsPromoting bedrooms, suites, dining, private dining, meetings, conferences, weddings, and bespoke eventsNegotiating rates and tailored packages aligned with brand positioning and revenue strategy.
