We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join a modern manufacturing operation in Derry/ Londonderry. This role is critical to the delivery of high-quality products and maintaining a safe, efficient, and continuously improving production environment. You'll lead a team to deliver high-quality output while ensuring safety standards, cost-effectiveness, and team development are prioritised. Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times, including correct use of PPELeading and mentoring your team to achieve production targets in line with quality standardsCoaching and supporting team development, performance appraisals, absence management, and succession planningManaging daily workflows, adjusting schedules as needed to meet production demandsMonitoring production performance, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutionsConducting team meetings, visual management updates, and providing regular feedbackCollaborating with planning, engineering, and quality teams to meet business goalsMaintaining accurate reporting via SAP and supporting CI projectsOverseeing quality control processes and compliance with Health & Safety proceduresActing as a role model and escalation point in your area What We Are Looking For We are looking for a hands-on and proactive leader who is confident managing teams, solving problems, and driving high performance in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a regulated manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systemsExcellent people management, coaching, and communication skillsFlexible to work rotational 24/7 shift patternsProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systemsExperience with SAP or similar systemsUnderstanding of HSE, HR policies, and manufacturing compliance standardsDesirable to have Level 4 diploma or similar qualificationDesirable to have knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Continuous Improvement If you have supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing setting and want to take the next step in your career, APPLY NOW or get in touch to discuss in more detail!
