Interim Procurement Manager - Major Infrastructure Programme Location: Hybrid (UK-based) Contract: 12-18 months (Outside IR35) Start: ASAP Clearance: must be able to obtain Security Clearance An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to support a highly regulated and high-profile infrastructure programme with one of our most prestigious clients. This role plays a key part in a large-scale, complex programme delivering critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities across major infrastructure work packages -Work closely with programme, commercial, and legal teams to ensure compliant and value-driven procurement outcomes -Apply NEC contract knowledge effectively within a regulated environment -Engage and manage key stakeholders across the programme and supply chain Requirements: -Proven experience in procurement within complex infrastructure programmes -Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts -Previous work in highly regulated environments (e.g. defence, nuclear, or government programmes) - Must be a UK national due to security requirements -Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused programme -Comfortable working in a long-term interim capacity (1218 months) This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a programme of national importance, with significant visibility and impact.
