The Role A newly created leadership position, ideal for a senior HR professional ready to shape an HR function in a growing tech driven environment. Youll work closely with leadership to scale people operations, lead cultural initiatives, and ensure HR aligns with business growth. You Bring 7 years'' HR leadership, ideally in a London based tech or commercial business Strong UK employment law knowledge and compliance expertise Experience driving culture, performance, and change initiatives CIPD qualified (or equivalent) Comfortable using HR systems like BambooHR and data to inform decisions Key Focus Develop and implement people strategies aligned to business goals Manage HR operations, employee relations, and performance Lead on engagement, inclusion, and culture Ensure legal and policy compliance in partnership with the legal team Deliver clear HR analytics and reporting This is a high-impact, high ownership opportunity at a global tech company at the heart of digital travel.
