Producer Vacancy for Maternity Cover We''re looking for a mid/senior-level audio post-producer to join our sound design and music composition facility in central London. We''re a close-knit, busy team who are happy to jump in with a variety of tasks as needed; its essential that you are flexible and always keen to get involved. Key Skills and Responsibilities You should have some experience in post-production, talent management, and bookings and possess a fearless approach to tackling problems. Youll need to be highly organised and able to multitask, with great communication skills and attention to detail. If youre innovative, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile, then wed love to hear from you. In this role, you will help to manage our daily workload, liaise with clients, and keep the studios running effectively. A typical day will be varied but may include the following: Producing complex, big-budget projects. Liaising with clients, managing their schedules and budgets. Collaborating with engineers on the creative side of our work. Handling new business queries, reviewing briefs, and negotiating terms. Preparing estimates and reconciling costs at the end of projects. Answering the front desk phone and redirecting calls. Daily production catch-ups to review the calendar and troubleshoot any problems. Planning ahead for work scheduled over the next month. Checking through and approving timesheets. Previous experience with Farmerswife software would be beneficial. A genuine passion for sound, music, and film is a must. There will be opportunities to get involved with additional work, depending on your interests: Music licensing, PR, studio management, and producing albums or educational projects. This is a full-time maternity cover position expected to run from 20 October 2025 to 13 November 2026 . The role is based on-site at our London studio, with occasional WFH days possible once training is complete. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM, with any overtime, including evenings and weekends, shared by the production team as needed.
