YOU Recruitment are hiring a Creative Producer on behalf of a global entertainment group. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and deliver world-class experiences seen by millions.In this role, you’ll support the full project lifecycle, from creative concept to on-site delivery. Acting as the vital link between vision and execution, you’ll work with creative teams, project leads, IP partners and suppliers to turn bold ideas into guest centric, buildable experiences that land on-brand and on-budget.This is an initial 18 month contract.Key ResponsibilitiesManage creative projects end-to-end across multiple locations and formatsBuild time-lines and budgets in partnership with Project ManagementTranslate creative direction into physical experiences – guiding art direction, theming, and productionCommunicate clearly with stakeholders including creative leads, brand, ops, marketing, and IP/licensingDevelop creative detail packs (elevations, finishes, AV/lighting elements, architectural refinements)Define Bills of Quantities and lead supplier cost reviewsLead and attend site visits – ensuring feasibility and consistency across locationsOversee external vendors: AV, scenic, fabrication, and performersEnsure all creative aligns with brand, safety, and operational standardsCollaborate with architects, show directors, content teams, AV/lighting specialists and moreLead meetings, manage approvals, and track action pointsBuild strong relationships with IP partners to protect brand alignmentContribute to creative planning and capture lessons learned for future deliveryExperience & QualificationsProven success delivering immersive experiences or large-scale live eventsBackground in agency and/or in-house creative deliverySolid understanding of AV, scenic build, and visitor attraction operationsAbility to turn creative concepts into clear design deliverablesExperience working with licensed IP and navigating brand approvalsFamiliarity with delivering creative across visitor attractions or branded spacesExperience working within the gaming industry or with gaming brands is beneficialSkills & CompetenciesStrong project management and communication skillsConfident managing timelines, suppliers, and creative qualityHighly organised with strong documentation and workflow habitsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite; able to read technical drawingsCommercially astute – confident with budgets and supplier contractsBig-picture thinker with excellent attention to detailCollaborative and capable of inspiring multi-disciplinary teamsResilient, solutions-focused, and calm under pressureExperience or exposure of working on a gaming project would be adventagous.A natural relationship builder – especially with internal teams, vendors, and IP licensorsThis is a chance to play a creative leadership role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences – working with a globally recognised brand at the forefront of entertainment.
