As a key part of our creative-led agency, this role acts as the central link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will lead the organisation of live events, immersive brand experiences, and bespoke activations, overseeing projects from concept to execution while ensuring delivery at the very highest of standards.This role offers the opportunity to work with major luxury clients on projects both in the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for managing complex budgets, leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior producers, and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full end-to-end project delivery on a range of luxury events including product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, and private or corporate dinner and cocktail events.Creating and managing the critical path, keeping key stakeholders updated on project progress.Manage budgets over £500k with financial accuracy, including handling supplier negotiations.Collaborate with the in-house creative and design teams to realise vision, translating ideas into deliverable solutions.Build, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and global partners.Support pitch development, proposal writing, and presentation delivery Guide junior team members through project delivery and contribute to their development and performance.Ensure all health 'safety, insurance, permit, licensing, and legal requirements are met to ensure compliancy.Maintain meticulous attention to detail across planning, logistics, documentation, and final output.Implement and uphold internal processes and best practices across the delivery team.Qualifications · Minimum 8 years’ experience as a lead producer on projects in excess of £1m.· A proven track record of delivering high-profile and international events.· Solid background in the luxury sector with understanding of brand standards and market expectations.· Skilled in briefing technical suppliers · A familiarity with all technical aspects of events, not limited to AV, Lighting, Audio, Scenography.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting ideas.· Financially confident with an understanding of project margins and reporting.· Proficient in Procim ( preferred )· Professional, discreet, and composed under pressure.· Enthusiastic & passionate about the industry, with interest in current happenings and trends to inform their work· Experienced in mentoring junior team members and leading by example.· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and able to create clear presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.· Adaptable, proactive, and motivated, with a positive, solution-focused mindset.· Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to account growth through outstanding delivery.· Well-connected in the events industry, with a strong network of supplier and freelance contacts both locally and globally.Benefits· Competitive salary based on experience· Holiday entitlement of 30 days (inclusive of public holidays)· Office closure during Christmas and New Year · Contributory pension scheme· Cycle to Work scheme· Local gym membership· Cultural outings and adventures· Legendary Christmas partiesWork environment: · Studio- based role in NW London, close to Queens Park Underground and Brondesbury Park Overground, nearby park and bustling cafés and restaurants.· Standard hours: 9am to 6pm, five days a week (40hrs) on-site· Occasional travel required within the UK and internationally.· Emphasis on face-to face collaboration and a vibrant, inclusive work culture.
