This role combines strategic delivery leadership with deep integration of project management, overseeing systems, people, processes, and operational reporting across creative, production, strategy, and tech.You will reshape and embed the delivery function as a core operational engine, driving smarter, more efficient ways of working, enabling granular reporting, fostering a high-performance team culture, and strengthening the connection between PMs, account teams, and clients.
