The Head of Homes & Communities will oversee community engagement initiatives, manage housing teams, and oversee a range of frontline services. The role includes fostering relationships with residents, coordinating with public and private partners, and ensuring effective communication. The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality services and improving community development efforts.QualificationsProven skills in Community Engagement and Community DevelopmentStrong abilities in Communication and Team LeadershipExceptional organisational and multitasking abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in the UK housing sectorRecognised level 5+ qualification or working towards is preferred
