Senior Project Manager / Associate Director – Project ManagementSector: Commercial (New Build & Fit-Out), Retail, HotelsLocation: London, office / site based 5 days a weekSalary: £65,000–£85,000 + Bonus + BenefitsProject Values: £20m–£300m+The OpportunityA leading construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to deliver high-profile developments across the commercial, retail, and hotel sectors. This is a strategic, client-facing role for a driven professional ready to lead complex projects from inception to completion.You’ll be joining a dynamic team with a strong pipeline of work, including flagship retail fit-outs, luxury hotel refurbishments, and innovative commercial new builds.The RoleYou’ll oversee multiple projects ranging from £20m to £300m+, managing delivery teams and ensuring excellence across all RIBA stages. You’ll be responsible for stakeholder engagement, programme and cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of service.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the delivery of complex projects across at least two of the following sectors: commercial, retail, hotels• Manage full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to handover• Act as the primary client interface, building long-term relationships with developers and investors• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment across design, procurement, and construction• Drive commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development initiativesAbout YouWe’re looking for a confident and capable leader with:• Proven experience in at least two of the following sectors: commercial (new build or fit-out), retail, hotels• Strong understanding of UK construction regulations and procurement strategies• Experience managing projects across all RIBA stages• RICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent professional accreditation preferred• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• A consultancy background and a strategic, commercially focused mindsetWhat’s on Offer• Competitive salary of £65,000–£85,000• Performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package• Clear progression path to Director level• Opportunity to work on landmark projects with high-profile clients• Supportive and collaborative team cultureFor further details, contact Grant Smith at grant@ or apply within.
