Our mission is to revolutionise the way people extend the life of their clothes, combining expert craftsmanship with modern convenience.We’re excited to have opened two new studios and are looking for an exceptional tailor to join our wonderful team, helping us maintain our high standards of quality and care.What we're looking for:We are seeking versatile tailors with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience across both tailoring and garment repairs. This role requires confidence working with a wide range of fabrics (light and heavy) and on garments across menswear and womenswear.You’ll be working on:Tailoring & Alterations (from hems and darts to sleeve shortenings)Garment Repairs (including darning, replacing zips, etc.)Jeans & DenimOuterwear (coats, blazers, jackets)A variety of fabrics from delicates to structured materialsThe ideal candidate:Has at least 5 years of hands-on tailoring experienceIs confident working independently and to a high standardCan work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced studio settingHas experience working with both menswear and womenswearBrings a portfolio of previous work or professional referencesAble to operate Cover Stitch and OverlockerConfident using technologyWhy Join SOJO:Be part of a purpose-led, fast-growing start-up reshaping fashionWork in a creative, hands-on environment with an inspiring teamOpportunity to grow and develop your skills
