Reporting directly to the Supply & Logistics Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of all Lily’s Kitchen products in our supply chain. You will oversee a team of Supply Planners, ensuring their performance and growth aligns with our company's vision and goals. We are looking for someone dynamic who can scale up elements of our supply chain to support our ambitious growth and at the same time streamline more mature elements to improve efficiency and drive out waste. How will I make a difference? You will: - Supply Planning & InventoryOversee the creation and execution of supply plans that align with demand forecasts, commercial priorities, and service level goals.Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and performance, ensuring the supply team operates efficiently and effectively.Procurement & Supplier ManagementLead commercial negotiations for all direct goods (including finished products and packaging), securing the best value while maintaining quality and service.Develop and manage strategic relationships with co-manufacturers and key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and ongoing performance improvement.Own the supplier review process, monitoring and reporting on key supply chain metrics.Performance & PlanningDefine, track, and analyse key KPIs across supply planning and procurement, including OTIF, cost savings, stock cover, and supplier performance.Provide accurate inputs into S&OP cycles, budget planning, and scenario modelling to support business decisions.Foster a data-led approach to decision-making and build strong reporting capabilities across the function.Leadership & CollaborationLead and support the supply and procurement team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven culture.Work closely with Commercial, NPD, and Finance teams on product launches, pricing, cost analysis, and wider strategic initiatives.Act as the voice of supply and procurement across the business, contributing at both operational and strategic levels.Sustainability & ValuesContribute to our Sustainability and Impact strategy, with a focus on responsible sourcing, and carbon reduction.Ensure compliance with environmental reporting requirements,Uphold and advance our B Corp commitments by championing better practices across our supply chain for pets, people, and the planet.How will I contribute to the team? Extensive experience in FMCG supply chain, including prior management of planning teams and strong E2E supply chain knowledge. Experience in a blue chip or large matrix organisation is important.Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive cost efficiency and value through supplier partnerships.A strategic mindset, but with the willingness and ability to dive into operational detail when needed. using data to guide decisions and improvements.Leadership experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and empower a team to deliver results.Establish and enhance robust supply chain and procurement processes, drawing on industry best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.A collaborative approach, with strong stakeholder management skills and a focus on cross-functional success.A values-led outlook – you care about doing the right thing, enjoy working with purpose, and want to make a positive impact.And, of course… a love for pets, and a passion for helping us feed them properly.Our PerksAt Lily’s Kitchen we believe that everyone should enjoy their time at work.We reward the care our people put into their job, by caring for them in return.
