We collaborate with top-tier operators, developers, consultants, and high-net-worth clients.We are currently looking for a proactive and technically skilled Architectural Technician to support the delivery of an innovative and world-class aviation project. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life whilst ensuring every design meets regulatory standards and is built to last.What You’ll Be DoingTechnical Drawings & DocumentationPrepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and RevitDevelop construction packages, schedules, and specificationsEnsure full compliance with current building regulations and codesDesign DevelopmentTranslate conceptual designs into buildable solutionsResolve technical detailing in collaboration with architects and consultantsRegulatory ComplianceApply current building regs and planning policiesSite & Construction SupportRespond to RFIs and clarify design intent during build phaseQuality & SustainabilityEnsure accurate records and document controlApply sustainable and cost-effective design principlesTeam Contribution & CollaborationSupport the day-to-day studio operationsContribute to team meetings and project discussionsWhat You’ll BringProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflowsStrong knowledge of building regulations and construction methodsExcellent technical drawing and detailing skillsA collaborative, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to manage time, meet deadlines, and stay organisedStrong communication skills and attention to detail
