Head of Estates

About the CompanyW Talent-Property & Real Estate are partnered with an industry leading organisation to appoint a Head of Estates to lead all Estates Management activity across a large scale UK property portfolio, compromising primarily of high street retail premises and a non-trading commercial estate.About the RoleJoining an established and high performing team you will lead a team of Estates Surveyors to ensure effective management of the portfolio, delivering all transactional work to support the organisations real estate strategy and leading excellent working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.Qualifications & ExperienceIdeal applicants will be able to demonstrate a track record of leading estates teams on high volume, complex property portfolios ideally in the Retail or similar sectors. They will have managed internal teams and external resources to successfully deliver against organisational strategy, with the ability to manage in a changing, dynamic environment.This is a hybrid role so can be based from anywhere in the UK with travel across the estate as required, but there are key locations and people based in Birmingham and London so regular travel to these sites will be required.This opportunity offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, a highly competitive salary and a very good benefits package.
