As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Bid Writer to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewThe Bid Writer will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities by crafting compelling and high-quality bid proposals. Collaborating closely with various departments, the successful candidate will ensure that all submissions are tailored to client requirements and reflect the company's strengths and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial expression of interest to final submission.Develop and write persuasive content for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for each bid.Ensure all submissions are compliant with client specifications and industry standards.Maintain and update a library of bid content, case studies, and standard responses.Analyse feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality and success rate of bids.RequirementsProven experience as a Bid Writer, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or rental solutions sectors.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple bids simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe InDesign is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid working environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary up to £60,000 per annum.Hybrid working model to promote work-life balance.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and health insurance.Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit their CV to ben@
