Recent landmark deals include in Central London & beyond.The Role:You’ll take full ownership of a retail and mixed-use portfolio (including one shopping centre scaling almost 1million sq.ft.)You’ll be right in the middle of the action partnering directly with Asset Management, FM, and Centre Teams to drive value and deliver results.Key Responsibilities:Hands-on management of retail/mixed-use assetsService charge budgeting, FM coordination, statutory complianceTenant relationships, lease events, and dispute resolutionSupporting asset management initiatives (e.g. white boxing, re-letting, value-add works)Helping onboard new acquisitions and assist on disposalsWhat They’re Looking For:Experience in Commercial Property Management (Shopping Centres essential)Technically sound, commercially sharp, and confident working independentlyExperience with Qube or Horizon preferredMRICS or AssocRICS helpful but not essentialMost importantly, a problem solver with personality, energy, and a drive to growWhy Apply?For a commercially minded Property Manager ready to take a step up, there’s genuinely no better place.
