Creative Project ManagerThe OpportunityOur wonderful client is looking for a highly organised and personable Creative Project Manager to join their in-house creative studio and wider multichannel team (marketing, ecommerce & product) to elevate how they plan, prioritise and deliver all creative work, from day-to-day content through to large campaigns and TV commercials.If successful you will sit at the intersection of multichannel stakeholders, senior management and the creative studio, ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, communication flows smoothly, and the studio is resourced effectively. Think of this role as part Traffic Manager, part Creative Producer, part Workflow Architect.The RoleA flavour of the duties involved…Manage the daily work allocation and scheduling for the in-house creative team.Lead weekly resourcing meetings and maintain visibility across all upcoming campaigns and projects.Balance workload across creatives to ensure the right talent is allocated at the right time.Oversee the end-to-end movement of creative work through the studio, from briefing to delivery.Ensure briefs are clear, actionable and complete.Maintain quality control and project momentum, ensuring deadlines and delivery are consistently met.Act as the central point between the creative studio, senior management and wider marketing teams.Handle scheduling, scoping, basic cost tracking, and milestone management for creative projects.Identify workflow bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and implement improvements.Champion the use of Asana within the team: create workflows, maintain boards, improve templates.Manage freelance bookings, ensuring timesheets and invoicing run smoothly.The Person4+ years’ experience in a traffic, studio, creative project management or creative operations role.Strong understanding of creative workflows and multi-channel campaign productions.Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.Confident, calm communicator who builds trust quickly with both senior stakeholders and creatives.Comfortable juggling changing priorities, fast-paced marketing timelines, and multiple workstreams.Fluent in project management tools like Asana, Float or Resource Guru.The DetailsLocation: Slough, Berkshire / West London (office based)Contract: Freelance / Temporary (full-time)Start date: ASAPLength of project: Ongoing, possibly leading into permanent employmentDaily rate: £250 - £300 per day
