Senior Paid Search Exec (Paid Social & PPC) - London - £32-35kCompany Overview:This agency are a fast-growing digital media agency based in London, serving a diverse range of retailers and SMEs. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Paid Account Executive to join their dynamic team.About the Role:This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, managing their Paid Media campaigns and helping drive results across a variety of digital platforms. You'll be involved in everything from campaign creation and optimisation to reporting and strategy development. As a small agency, you'll also have the chance to expand your skillset beyond Paid Media and get involved in broader digital marketing activities.You’ll work across various industries, including retail and ecommerce, and manage key accounts. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop their account management and digital marketing skills.Core Responsibilities:Paid Media Campaigns: Lead end-to-end campaign creation and optimisation across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. Align all activities with client KPIs and marketing objectives.Multi-Channel Strategy: Plan and execute integrated strategies in collaboration with the Account Manager, ensuring all digital marketing channels work together seamlessly.Client Management: Own client-facing reporting and insights. Present performance data, strategic recommendations, and key findings during client meetings.Optimisation & Analysis: Conduct daily performance checks, budget management, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.Budget Tracking & Reporting: Oversee budget tracking tools, ensuring accurate pacing across accounts, and assist team members with any delivery issues.Performance Dashboards: Prepare and present advanced performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio and Funnel, providing actionable insights to clients.Key Skills & Experience:Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for eCommerce clients. Experience in PPC and Paid Social would be ideal. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and Excel (pivot tables, formulas).Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, competitive benchmarking, and campaign optimisation.Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.Strong writing, editing, and proofing abilities.Why Join Us?You will be part of a collaborative team, working with leading brands and clients across various industries.
