You’ll be the connector, the curator, and the catalyst—bringing together talent, venues, and collaborations that leave a lasting mark. From intimate gigs to headline-worthy events, your work will spark conversations, drive engagement, and cement our place in the cultural landscape.ResponsibilitiesHarness your deep knowledge of the Indie/Alt scene and associated fashion labels to connect with agents, venues, and collaborators—driving opportunities for standout events that spark conversation and cultural impact.Work closely within a small, tight-knit team to design a one-of-a-kind annual calendar of happenings.Source and secure at least two high-profile collaborations and six unforgettable events each year—leading everything from ideas to execution, including managing the brand experience at selected events.Partner with our social content creator to produce visually striking, on-brand material that resonates with talent and audiences, fuelling engagement and follower growth.Leverage our influencer platform to craft “always-on” campaigns across all sales channels.Develop and nurture a network of 50 dedicated “social ambassadors,” building consistent audience buzz through regular visits and authentic storytelling.RequirementsYou thrive on being out and about—whether at gigs, comedy nights, gallery openings, or sports games—and you’re deeply connected in the Indie/Alt world.Strong appreciation for design, fashion, and social media aesthetics, with an instinct for what resonates with this audience.Self-starter mentality with the drive to make your mark; you’re equally comfortable networking at an event or pulling a plan together from scratch.Confident in coordinating events and directing content capture (no need to be a technical expert—just sharp, organised, and decisive).Able to juggle multiple projects while delivering to deadlines—laid back in style, but rock solid on results.
