Product Owner

A leading insurance company, recognised for its innovation and growth-oriented environment is seeking a Product Owner to join its International portfolio.This Product Owner will be working alongside 2 other POs, responsible for the digital products for all functions and all classes of business including UW, Ops, Exposure Management, Claims, Finance, and Actuarial.As a Product Owner, you will:Own everything to do with your technical products - a mixture of bespoke and third-party.Contribute to aligning execution to overall business goals and helping drive growth, process efficiencies, and digital transformation.Play a key role in transforming underwriting and operations through technology and digital migration, helping achieve.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring business value is maximized.Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.Ensure product delivery meets the definition of done, quality standards, and business vision.Incorporate feedback and track benefit realisation post-release.Required Skills & Expertise:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product or Technical Business Analyst role within the London Market insurance industry.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.Experience with Agile tools such as Rally or JIRA.Hybrid work model 3 days in the London officeIf you meet the required experience and are interested in this role please apply below or contact Sofia Chaves ()
