Account Strategist (Amazon & Tiktok)

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Amazon & TikTok Shop Account Strategist to join a fast-growing eCommerce agency within a global group. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, loves working with popular consumer brands, and is ready to take the next step in their career in the Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail media space.Objective:The Account Strategist will own and manage a portfolio of Amazon and TikTok Shop clients, focusing on driving sales growth, improving account health, and delivering brilliant service. They’ll also work alongside senior team members on strategy for larger clients, gaining exposure to some of the world’s best-known brands.Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for Amazon and TikTok Shop clientsBuild trusted client relationships and help brands hit their goals across both platformsOptimise product listings, content and storefronts to boost visibility and conversionsMonitor stock levels and performance metrics, resolving issues proactivelySupport advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activityAnalyse performance data to spot trends and uncover new growth opportunitiesProduce regular updates and contribute to quarterly business reviewsCollaborate with creative, content, and wider account teams to deliver resultsRequirements:Experience managing Amazon & TikTok Shop accounts, ideally within a brand or agency settingStrong communication skills with a customer-first mindsetOrganised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesConfident using data and eager to build analytical skillsBasic knowledge of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central is a plus (training provided)Previous specific marketplace account management or agency experience a mustBenefits:Hybrid working with regular time at the London Shard office25 days’ holiday plus pension and private healthcareFun, sociable culture with quarterly team eventsExcellent training and genuine opportunities to grow your career
