This is your chance to play a key leadership role in an independent, high-energy company that's redefining the events and catering space in London.The Role:As Senior Event Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our events operation—leading a talented team, collaborating with clients and venues, and delivering flawless experiences across gala dinners, brand activations, private events and corporate functions.This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who brings energy, creativity and a cool head under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & ExecutionOversee multiple mid to large-scale events weeklyCreate detailed event sheets, pack lists, and logistics plansLiaise closely with Sales & Ops teams for smooth handoversAttend events to ensure high standards—or prepare the team if you’re not on-siteChampion sustainable practices across planning and executionClient RelationshipsBuild long-term partnerships with clients and venuesDrive repeat business by offering genuine, thoughtful serviceGather and act on post-event feedbackCoordinate venue information and ensure team preparednessTeam LeadershipManage, inspire, and support a growing team of Event ManagersOnboard and train new team members alongside OpsLead with empathy and structure—providing regular, constructive feedbackHelp develop and refine systems and processesFinancial OversightEnsure profitability targets are met across all eventsWork closely with suppliers for best ratesAnalyse post-event financials and implement improvementsWho You Are:Experienced: 2+ years in premium event cateringClient-savvy: Confident working with high-net-worth individuals and global brandsDetail-obsessed: You spot the small stuff—and make it shineSolutions-driven: Calm under pressure, thrives on complex logisticsPeople-focused: Genuinely enjoys developing teams and growing talentFinancially astute: Comfortable with pricing, budgeting and margin trackingFlexible & committed: Willing to go the extra mile for truly outstanding eventsFor more information send a copy of your CV today We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
