Who are we?Whole Supp is on a mission to empower healthy lifestyles by bringing together all the most nutritious superfoods into a convenient, wholesome and well-balanced meal. Founded by Darren OReilly (former professional athlete) and Dr Brian Carson (PHD), our complete meal product is about providing valuable nutrition and convenience for busy lifestyles. It is increasingly difficult to balance busy schedules whilst meeting your essential nutritional needs. With that in mind, we worked with leading experts in the fields of nutrition, science, medicine and wellness to create and develop our smart food formulation. We are honest, straight-up nutritionists on a mission.What does the role entail?We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead that is passionate about an honest and purpose-led, food brand. We are on a mission to shake up the meal supplement industry. The role will suit someone who is ambitious and driven and has a good track record of high-growth marketing, and is ready to take the next step in their career in terms of responsibility.You will report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to grow with the company. Weve worked out our growth strategy and are looking for someone to bring it to life. You will have the support of an experienced external growth advisor to work collaboratively with. What will your role look like day-to-day?Execute the growth strategy by running the growth process (with support) to continue to experiment and optimise around different parts of the customer journeyEstablish a methodical creative testing process on paid channel, working in tandem with a social media/influencer manager to brief in, create and iterate on high performing adsFully manage ad campaigns on Google and Meta ads, including campaign strategy, execution, analysis and reporting learnings and next steps to the wider teamStrategise, set up, track and measure email campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and retentionConduct regular customer research to better understand the needs of the target audience and use these insights to drive improvementsAnalyse the performance across growth channels and report on KPIs on a regular basisOptimiselanding pages and the website based on user insights to improve conversion to purchaseTest and help finetune the messaging and value proposition of Whole SuppYou have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work towards tight deadlinesWhat do you bring?Self-starter with a high level of discipline and flexibility. Being self-managed and diligent is essential.An analytic mindset where you arent afraid to dive into the dataExperience in at least Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email Marketing (Klaviyo) and landing page optimisationThe ability to multitask and get things done effectively in a start up environment through strong project management skillsPassion for working in a start-up where things can be scrappy at times (its where the magic happens!)Honest and transparent communication with a personal growth mindset to learn and develop - a lot of things wont work in the beginning, and that is ok!4-5 years of experience, ideally working for startups or agenciesA love for health and/or fitnessNice to have: Design or copywriting skillsWhat is in it for you?Work remotelyBonus linked to sales data and performance25 days holidaysOpportunity to grow as the company growsFree Whole SuppSalary between 50K-55K annually for four days per week (equivalent to 62.5K-68.75K for five days per week)We have huge ambitions, do you?
