Our client is looking for a Legal Adviser where they can demonstrate their knowledge of conveyancing and property leases and can showcase their commitment to giving clear, practical advice and is excited by the opportunity to help deliver it to more people, in smarter, more innovative ways. The successful candidate will be expected to able to show that they are able toProvide high-quality legal advice to the public through digital channels, email and phoneHelping leaseholders and park home residents understand complex legal issues in a simple, accessible way using these channelsSupporting the development of new digital content and tools — including FAQs, web guidance, videos, and webinarsContributing to their broader mission to modernise and expand the way they deliver adviceKeeping up to date with legal developments and emerging issues in leasehold and park home lawOur client is a small but developing organisation of just over 30 people - with a wide range of specialisms. You will join their legal adviser team which makes up the largest part of the organisation.The successful candidate will haveLegal qualification (e.g. law degree, LPC or equivalent), including solicitors looking for a career change.Excellent inter-personal skills and written, oral and communication skills.Demonstrable experience using technology such as AI to summarise documents, legislation & generate clear written responses.Demonstrable experience of creating online content to explain legal obligations in an accessible, easy to understand way.Solid knowledge of housing law — particularly residential leasehold and/or park home legislation — or a willingness to learn fast.Training and benefitsAn excellent training programme is in place for their Legal Advisers including to ensure your CPD. This includes mentoring from senior, experienced legal advisors.The client offers a good salary and benefits package and has a hybrid working pattern and has flexibility too.
