Work directly with a tight-knit group of experienced partners and associates, gaining hands-on responsibility and clear visibility on deals from day one. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK and UAE offices, offering real international exposure and the potential for future relocation.Candidate Profile:3–6 years’ PQE, with experience at a top-tier UK or international firmStrong grounding in corporate M&A, ideally with exposure to transactions in the Energy & Infrastructure sector (though broader M&A backgrounds will be considered if exceptional)Commercially minded, collaborative, and confident in managing key workstreams and client relationshipsUK-qualified (or equivalent), with excellent drafting and deal management skillsCompensation:Cravath-scale salaryDiscretionary bonus structure (2000-hour target)Hybrid working model – minimum 3 days in the office (option for 4)Opportunity for future relocation to the Middle East, based on performance and interestDirect exposure to senior decision-makers and major global clients
