Senior Associate - Corporate Commercial SolicitorBoutique Law Firm – LondonOur client, a well-regarded boutique law firm based in London, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to lead and develop their Corporate Commercial department.This is a unique opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient Solicitor to take ownership of an established caseload, while also shaping the department’s strategic growth and direction.Key Responsibilities:Manage a wide range of corporate transactions from inception through to completionAdvise clients on complex corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and joint venturesConduct and oversee due diligence processes for corporate transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contractsEnsure clients meet all relevant regulatory and compliance requirementsDrive business development efforts to expand the department's client base, building on a strong foundation of existing workCandidate Profile:Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in corporate commercial lawStrong technical expertise across the corporate/commercial spaceDemonstrated ability to manage matters independently and provide strategic legal adviceA portable following is advantageous but not essential, provided you bring a strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business developmentThis role presents an excellent opportunity to lead a department with real autonomy, backed by the support of a reputable firm.For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Dan Vickers at: danielvickers@
