Legal Counsel - Capital Markets (ECM / DCM)LondonGlobal Investment BankOne of the leading European Banks that has offices globally is seeking strengthen its legal team with the hire of an ECM / DCM lawyer into its London office.Offering hybrid working, this team within the bank specialises in ECM and DCM with some high yield products. Reporting into the Head of the Legal department for ECM and DCM, the incumbent will gain exposure to a wide range of international work including:a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including regulatory capital issues and liability management exercises, standalone bonds, EMTN Programmes and ECP ProgrammesECM execution of a variety of transaction types (including IPOs, Rights Issues, ABBs/Blocks, Equity-linked instruments and Equity Private Placements).This bank prides itself on its culture and the quality of the legal team is undisputed. As an investment bank, you are able to work freely and on a hybrid basis, operating closely to the business and providing expert counsel on a range of international capital markets transactions.If you are seeking a role in house and currently in private practice, then this would be a very suitable opportunity to make the move. Candidate Requirements:Ideally you will have between 3 to 7 years' PQE from a top tier London law firm, within the capital markets team.
