We are delighted to partner exclusively with a growing and truly global Asset Manager to support their search for a Legal Counsel to be based in their London Office. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a hardworking and ambitious 1-2 years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer, looking to make the move in-house into a growing company, where career growth and breadth of work is offered from the get go!Key Responsibilities:Providing strategic legal advice across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and data protection matters Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirementsLiaising with other stakeholders of the business, advising them on any legal issue Carrying out project work with other members of the legal team and other stakeholdersQualifications:England and Wales Qualified Lawyer with 1-2 years PQEPrivate Practice trained Lawyer, currently working within a Private Practice firm in their corporate or commercial teamExperience working with Financial Services companies will be a plus This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Corporate Lawyer, looking to escape the billable hours, to take that first step into an in-house role, at a company that offers a fantastic salary and impressive benefits (including a great bonus!).
