Service Care Legal are working with a well-regarded, forward-thinking law firm currently expanding their private client. You’ll handle a varied caseload of estate administration matters, including:Probate and estate administrationWills and Inheritance Tax planningLasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)Deputyship applicationsAdvising clients from instruction through to completionThis role involves regular client contact and close collaboration with other specialist teams across the firm.What We’re Looking ForAn England & Wales qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ post-qualified experience in private client lawExperience handling probate, wills, LPA, and estate administration mattersA proactive and personable approach with strong client-care skillsA genuine team player with a positive attitude and commercial awarenessWhat’s On OfferCompetitive salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)Strong work/life balance and hybrid working optionsHigh-quality work with a strong support networkOpportunity to join a team that invests in its people and fosters professional development
