Whether you’re just starting out in your career or already working at associate level, this is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist firm known for its expertise, long-standing client relationships, and collaborative culture.You’ll work closely with a team of seasoned professionals across a range of high-profile, often complex litigation matters – including commercial disputes, group actions, and regulatory cases.What you’ll be doing:• Drafting bills of costs (inter partes and legal aid)• Preparing budgets and budget discussion documents• Reviewing and analysing legal costs• Supporting the team on points of dispute and replies• Assisting with negotiations and preparing for assessments where appropriate• Working closely with clients to ensure timely, accurate costingsWhat they’re looking for:• Some experience as a Costs Draftsman, whether junior or more established• Strong written and numerical skills• Familiarity with costs software (e.g., CostsMaster or similar)• Enthusiasm to develop within a friendly, highly knowledgeable team• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesThe firm offers flexibility (including hybrid working after probation period), a stable flow of interesting work, and a chance to grow within a close-knit, specialist environment.Interested?
