LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK: The company has a policy of allowing its employees to workfrom home. UK travel will be required at the request of the customer for training, system go livesor periodically scheduled Company meetings.You will normally work between 37 and 40 hours a week, 9:00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursdayand 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, whichcould include evenings and weekends.WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:A Microsoft Dynamics Reseller specialising in delivering vertical solution based on MicrosoftDynamics technology and associated 3rd party products into the Park and Marina market sector.OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:We are looking for a Microsoft software developer who will be responsible for:· Develop Solutions for Dynamics Business Central in AL· Develop on the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, PowerApps and PowerBI· Integration development via API’s· Design and develop bespoke solutions for customers and vertical products· Work under a Lead Developer in the delivery of projects to support the business and itscustomers· Ensure best practice and processes are followed using approved processes, protecting ourclient’s investment in the Elite Dynamics suite of products.ESSENTIAL SKILLS:· Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing Business Central Extensions (AL)· Good understanding of data customisation· API Integration and development· Hands on developer· Self-motivated· Able to work as part of a team or independently with guidance.· Good data and system analysis skillsDESIRABLE SKILLS:· Skills in JavaScript, .NET, SQL· Usage of the Power Platform inc. PowerApps, PowerBI, Dynamics 365 (MicrosoftTechnology Stack)· Good overall knowledge of data technology and trendsPERSONAL SKILLS:· Problem solver · A professional attitude. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · An ability to be self-motivated and driven to achieve professional goals. · The ability to work on your own initiative without supervision whilst contributing and participating to the team. · Ability to manage workload and time according to SLA’s · Good attention to detail and investigation skills · Resourceful, energetic, and enthusiastic, prepared to go the “extra mile”.OTHER REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THE JOB:To undertake any reasonable task requested of you by your line manager, or other Elite DynamicsManagement.
