Hybrid - Outside IR35Key experience:Commercial Insurance experience in the Lloyds/London market, understanding the MGA model preferredAbility to influence and drive consensus among diverse groupsAble to communicate clearly and effectively, great presentation skills, outgoing personality, ability to create and maintain a strong networkExperience of working with project teams including third parties, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Delivery Management and Support staffAdvanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and ExcelProven experience in tracking, recording and reporting activities, progress, results, etc.; strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisationProven experience in Programme Management and troubleshooting is essentialExperience of collaboration at ‘C’ Suite level is essentialPlease apply!
