This is a senior leadership position within the Legal, Risk, Compliance & Secretariat (LRCS) function reporting directly to the General Counsel.About the RoleAs Head of the Commercial Legal Team, you will lead a group of experienced lawyers and act as the escalation point for a wide variety of complex legal matters. These include insurance agreements, commercial contracts, technology and vendor arrangements, data privacy, intellectual property, employment, and procurement.You will play a critical role in shaping legal strategy, improving efficiency, and enabling the business to operate with confidence and agility.
