Talent Manager - Fitness, Food & Dig CreatorsLocation: London | On siteSalary: £35k - £45k DOEOur client is looking for a dynamic, creator-focused Talent Manager to manage a roster of fitness, food, wellness, and lifestyle digital creators. This role requires strong industry awareness, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to guide creators through both the business and creative aspects of their career. RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for a roster of fitness, food, and digital creatorsAdvise talent on content strategy, brand identity, audience engagement, and long-term career planningSecure sponsorships and collaborations with brands in fitness, wellness, food & beverage, lifestyle, health, and consumer goods industriesNegotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for creators while aligning with brand expectationsOversee the execution of brand campaigns from start to finishMaintain organized calendars, deliverables, and communication logs for each creatorMAIN REQUIREMENTS2 - 3 + years experience in digital talent managementStrong understanding of fitness, food, wellness, and digital creator niches, including current trends and key playersProven track record of developing and monetizing talent careersExcellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skillsSUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
