The opportunity:We are looking for an ambitious and succesful Recruiter with experience running their own desk, ready to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid).We are a commercially driven organisation and while this role is focused on sales and delivery, we don't believe in micro-management or management by meaningless KPIs.What you will be doing: This is a duel desk 360 recruitment role including business development across UK management consultancy for both permanent and contractor hiresYou will be responsible for winning and delivering business with consultancies and professional services businesses in the UK and internationallyYou will own client relationships and revenue targetSkills, Experience and Mindset required: A minimum of 3 years + 360 degree agency recruitment experience, recruiting across consultancy, professional services, technology or financial services (essential)Demonstrable experience building long-term relationships with clients and candidates (essential)Adept at new business development as well as account managementConsistantly achieving / over achieving against revenue targetsLooking for an opportunity with real autonomy and accountability Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire othersDo what's right for our clients and the candidates we interact with.
