Frazer Jones is proud to partner with a leading Private Equity firm in the search for a HR Associate to join their dynamic Global HR Operations team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where your expertise will directly impact the employee experience across the UK, Europe, and APAC regions.Role Duties:Own the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and internal moves to offboarding.Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SM&CR.Maintain and update HR policies, documentation, and operational trackers.Support global HR initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across 500+ employees worldwide.Stay ahead of the curve on local labour laws and their impact on HR practices.Ideal Experience: Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within Private Equity, Financial Services, or Professional Services.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
