Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive employee relations support, managing cases on performance, misconduct, absence, grievances, and disciplinary matters while balancing compliance with business needs.Advise and support managers on HR best practices, UK employment law, and policies, ensuring consistent and fair people management across operational teams.Draft, review, and implement HR policies, contracts, and documentation aligned with UK employment law and global standards.Lead and manage TUPE processes end-to-end, including due diligence, consultation, and post-transfer integration to ensure compliance and a seamless employee experience during acquisitions and outsourcing transitions.Support organisational change initiatives (restructuring, redundancies, consultations) with a focus on respectful communication and risk mitigation.Collaborate with European HR colleagues and business stakeholders to embed ’s culture, values, and operational excellence in the UK workforce.Provide insights to drive employee engagement and continuous improvement within a performance-driven culture.Manage relationships with external legal counsel as needed to support complex ER and TUPE matters.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or CIPD qualification is a plus).At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Management within fast-paced, international environments, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or technology sectors.Proven experience leading and managing TUPE processes in the UK, including due diligence, consultation, and post-transfer integration.In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and case management across a range of ER topics (grievances, disciplinary, performance, absence).Demonstrated ability to independently manage HR projects while balancing compliance with business objectives.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels, including senior leadership and frontline managers.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clarity, empathy, and cultural awareness.Comfortable working in a high-volume, operational environment with exposure to a frontline and blue-collar workforce.Able to thrive in an agile, growth-focused environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
