HR Business PartnerCan you confidently navigate the complexity of an operational HR role where no two days are the same?Are you confidently influencing senior stakeholders while also getting hands-on with day-to-day people issues?Do you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where I can help shape the culture and ways of working?MB is partnering with a global beverage manufacturing business, looking for a HR Business Partner, this is a perm role based in North London.We’re looking for HR Business Partner to support two high-impact operational and compliance-driven functions that are essential to the end-to-end delivery and quality assurance of our products, within a fast-paced, high-growth FMCG environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and execute a modern people strategy in a business undergoing exciting transformation. This role would suit someone passionate about building relationships, driving people performance, and delivering results in an agile, commercially-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Partner with operational leaders to deliver the people strategy across Supply Chain and FS&Q functionsLead or support people-focused projects, including engagement initiatives and change programmesOwn people data and reporting, providing insights to inform decisions and track progressGuide and coach managers on performance development, employee engagement, and team effectivenessSupport end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across central operations teamsAct as a trusted advisor on ER matters, supporting or leading complex casework when neededCollaborate with the broader HR team to drive a culture of high performance and accountabilityBuild strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the businessWhat We're Looking For:CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or logisticsComfortable working in both strategic and operational HR rolesStrong employee relations experience, including handling complex casesAnalytical mindset – confident working with data to drive insights and influence stakeholdersPractical experience of supporting change and transformation in a fast-paced settingCollaborative, pragmatic and highly credible with senior stakeholdersWillingness to travel to UK sites on a monthly basisSalary £55k+ plus benefitsPlease contact Alice Redmond for more information today.
