HR Systems AssistantOur leading international law firm client is hiring a HR Systems Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis.Salary to £35,00009:30-17:30 working hoursHybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)Excellent employment benefits, including free meals/snacks/refreshmentsThis role would be perfect for someone with at least one year of HR data entry experience and a good understanding of general HR policy and processes, with a strong interest in HR Information Systems, looking to further their career within a highly successful US law firm.HR Systems Assistant Key Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in the firm’s HR System, ensuring data quality and consistencySupport the HR team with data processing for key employee lifecycle events including onboarding, contract changes, absence, and leaversEnsure all HRIS data entry and updates are completed in a timely mannerCollaborate with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data flowAssist in regular data audits and integrity checks, flagging and resolving inconsistenciesGenerate HR reports as needed for internal stakeholdersContribute to the ongoing improvement of HR data processes and documentationHR Systems Assistant Skills & Requirements:At least one year of HR data entry experience of general HR administrationKeen interest in HR systems and data managementProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelKnowledge of GDPR and HR data confidentiality requirementsExperience with MS Visio or Workday is desirable, but not essential
