Catalyst have partnered with a prestigious global financial advisory firm seeking an L&D Associate on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning programmes across a global business, with a strong focus on junior careers and professional development. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of learning curriculum linked to career paths, competencies, and performance outcomes.Coordinate the design and delivery of learning programmes across global locations.Act as the central point of contact for professional qualifications, managing queries and requests.Assist in evaluating learning programmes to measure impact and embed learning into the business.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training vendors.Contribute to cross-divisional initiatives such as performance management and management capability development.Collaborate on global L&D projects and change initiatives.Track and reconcile L&D budgets.The Ideal candidateYou will need experience in Learning & Development, ideally within financial or professional services.Brings strong organisational and project management skills.Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.You must be able to demonstrate an analytical mindset and is comfortable evaluating learning outcomes.Thrives in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.Is proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Workday or an LMS is a plus.If this opportunity is of interest please apply directly or reach out to harry.cullens@
