HR Advisor Location: Fulham (fully office-based) Salary: £40,000 Our client, a global hospitality firm, is looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join their team in Fulham. What You’ll Be Doing Managing the monthly payroll processDelivering on-site training and coaching to team membersMaintaining and updating the HR databaseSupporting the implementation of employee benefits, including bonuses and pensionsEnsuring HR policies and practices align with company standards and budget requirementsMonitoring and reporting on key HR metricsActing as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries at the siteAbout You: 3+ years’ experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist roleHospitality sector experience is a strong plusComfortable working in a standalone HR position and leading on-site HR initiativesStrong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive approachWorking towards (or already holding) a CIPD or similar HR qualification is advantageous**LRA Search are acting as the employment agency for this role**
