Responsibilities: Design and implement compensation strategies for global organisationsReview, analyse and understand compensation data and key trends, providing insight to corporations to aid decision making and ensure they remain competitive in attracting and retaining key talent Create and deliver tailored compensation strategies for clients Build and grow relationships with clients across a range of sectors including technology, financial services and retail Deliver presentations and reports that communicate insights to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to grow the company’s client base Provide advice and recommendations on base pay, equity and bonusesRequirements:Current/Previous experience working for a consulting team in their external Reward or Compensation teamStrong analytical mindset with data modeling and analysis skills Ability to work with and interpret data to deliver data led solutionsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills Confident leading client presentations and communication with key stakeholders
