NQ - 3 PQE Solicitor – Non-Contentious Construction Top 100 UK Law Firm | London | Full-Time | £70,000 - £85,000 + PackageI'm working with a leading Top 100 law firm in London that is looking to appoint a Solicitor (0-3 PQE) into its highly regarded Non-Contentious Construction team.This is a rare opportunity for an NQ-3 PQE to join a well-established, full-service practice that regularly advises on landmark infrastructure, real estate development, and energy projects – both in the UK and internationally.You’ll be exposed to some of the most prominent construction and engineering projects in the market. You will support partners and senior lawyers in advising (domestic) developers, contractors, public sector bodies, and institutional investors on:Drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, bespoke forms)Procurement strategy and project structuringRisk allocation and due diligenceCollaborating across real estate, projects, and finance teamsThis role is purely non-contentious and ideally suited to an NQ-3 with strong drafting skills and a long-term interest in construction law.Key Requirements:NQ-3 PQE Solicitor (or due to qualify within the next couple of months)At least one seat in construction or engineering projectsA genuine interest in non-contentious construction workWhy should you apply?Consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers across core practice areasHigh-quality work with leading national and international clientsFriendly, collaborative culture with excellent mentorship and trainingCompetitive salary £70,000 - £85,000 DOE50/50 hybrid workingFor a confidential discussion about this opportunity, or to request further details, please get in touch.
