The ideal candidate is a Russian speaker and possess a dynamic, discreet, and solution-driven approach to managing a diverse range of responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to support a high-profile private office in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing emailsManaging the diaryPreparing, scanning, filing, and archiving documentsArranging travelOrganising meetings (both online and in-person)Coordinating with contractorsHandling various types of inventories (art, medical, etc.)Maintaining office supplies and equipmentProviding administrative support to the teamAssisting with other day-to-day tasks as neededRequired skills:At least 5 years of experience working within a private family office, providing high-level support to an ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI).Excellent written and spoken EnglishFluency in Russian is highly preferredWillingness to work outside regular hours when necessaryAbility to follow instructions and protocols preciselyEnthusiastic and proactive attitudeWillingness to travel around London for office-related tasksComfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
