The team is particularly recognised for construction arbitration (L500 and Chambers ranked), so you can expect high-level exposure in disputes arising from energy, infrastructure, and mining projects, as well as strategic pre-dispute advisory work for contractors and developers, energy companies and public authorities.Aside from access to top-quality work and US compensation, associates are given significant responsibility early on with opportunities to lead workstreams and engage directly with clients, supporting faster progression.Requirements:between two to four years of post-qualified experience at a top-ranked construction practicepreference for UK Qualified Associatesconstruction arbitration experience is required, but exposure in construction litigation is also encouraged
